Refund policy

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached.
• To initiate a return, email us at store@lappartementvancouver.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
• Returns shipped without prior authorization will not be accepted.

• Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the return has been received and inspected.

Not eligible for return:

• All sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Jewelry, accessories, socks, undergarments, apothecary, candles, gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
